Easy to use thanks to its creamy texture, WELLEXON PERFECT will blend perfectly with the hair dye for an even and precise application. This cream developer will enhance the covering action of the hair dye for a perfectly uniform result.

Thanks to its different hydrogen peroxide concentrations, WELLEXON PERFECT can be used for various effects:

- 10 Volumes = Pastel color activator

- 13 Volumes = 4% hydrogen peroxide

- 20 Volumes = 6% hydrogen peroxide

- 30 Volumes = 9% hydrogen peroxide

- 40 Volumes = 12% hydrogen peroxide
