Remover is an acetone-based solution used to remove semi-permanent varnish.
For optimal effectiveness, first file the surface of the nail to remove the top coat's shine, then use the foil wrap method (which consists of pressing a cotton pad soaked in the solution against the nails, all held in place by aluminum foil) or soak the nails in remover to allow the semi-permanent product to peel off.
