Sibel highlighting papers are perfect for creating even highlights all along the hair shaft.
They replace aluminum foil. No need to cut aluminum foil and fold it over the highlights anymore. You just place the hair between 2 layers of highlighting paper. It is self-heating, which will accelerate the bleaching process and give an even result all along the paper.
Measuring 9.5 x 20cm, they are designed for medium-length hair.
Pink in color, the highlighting papers come in a dispenser box containing 200 pieces.
