Put a little shampoo on wet hair. Emulsify.
On towel-dried hair, apply the mask to the lengths and ends. Leave on for at least 5 minutes then rinse thoroughly.
Then to finish, on towel-dried hair, put a dab of oil cream in your hands, and put some on the lengths and ends. Do not rinse, style as usual.
