You can use it either as a conditioner by leaving it on for 1 minute, or as an intensive treatment, by leaving it on for 5 to 10 minutes.
You can mix this mask with an Intensive Shot, to provide more benefits to the mask, in a 1:1 ratio (dose for dose).
