After cleansing your face, gently pass the textured side of the compress following the direction of the skin's texture, avoiding the eye and lip contours. Then turn the compress over and use the smooth side to complete the treatment and prepare the skin for the following steps.
For an intensive soothing effect, apply the compress to sensitized areas as a localized mask for a few minutes.
