Cleaner is a liquid solution used to degrease the nail when applying semi-permanent varnish or gel.
During curing, semi-permanent manicure products bring a sticky film to the surface of the nail.
After applying and curing a finishing top coat, this finishing liquid should be applied.
Simply apply a small amount of cleaner to a cellulose wipe and gently degrease the nails to remove this sticky layer.
Cleaner can exceptionally be used before applying primer in the case of very greasy nails.
