Article 1 – Organizer and game platform

This competition is organized by Gouiran Beauté, whose head office is located at 71 Rue Mehdi Ben Barka, 34070 Montpellier, France.

The game takes place exclusively online, via the website:

https://www.gouiran-beaute.com

It is accessible to anyone with Internet access.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

Participation is free and without obligation to purchase.

The game is open to any natural person of legal age residing in metropolitan France.

Only one entry per person (same name, same email address) is allowed.

Any incomplete, fraudulent, or multiple entries will be automatically canceled.

Article 3 – How to participate

To participate in the game, the participant must:

• Fill out the participation form available on the dedicated page
  
• Validate their participation via the form
  

Any incomplete entry will not be considered.

Article 4 – Prize

The winner will receive a hair beauty routine consisting of 3 products adapted to their hair type.

The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Article 5 – Winner selection

A draw is held once a month from all valid entries.

The winner will be contacted by email at the address provided during registration.

If there is no response within 7 days, a new draw may be held.

Article 6 – Liability

Gouiran Beauté cannot be held responsible:

• In case of technical malfunction preventing participation in the game
  
• In case of loss or non-receipt of the notification email
  
• For incidents related to the use of the products offered
  

Article 7 – Protection of personal data

The information collected as part of the game is intended for:

• The organization and management of the competition
  
• Gouiran Beauté's commercial communication
  

In accordance with current regulations (GDPR and the French Data Protection Act), each participant has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their personal data.

Article 8 – Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

By validating the participation form, the participant acknowledges having read the rules and accepting all their conditions.

Article 9 – Disputes

These rules are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or application will be resolved in accordance with French law.
