Article 1: Organization
The company Gouiran Beauté, registered under number 34396773300118, located at 71 RUE MEHDI BEN BARKA 34000 MONTPELLIER, is organizing a free contest entitled "Grand Christmas Game with over €600 in prizes to be won", which will run from December 9 to 21, 2024 inclusive.
Article 2: Terms of participation
To participate, the following conditions must be met:
- Fill out the participation form available at https://tally.so/r/waZBjq.
- Subscribe to @gouiran_beaute and @beauteliveprofessionnel Instagram accounts.
- Participation is open to any adult individual residing in metropolitan France.
Article 3: Contest duration
The contest is divided into two participation periods:
- From December 9 to 14, 2024 for the first grand prize, with the draw on December 16, 2024.
- From December 16 to 21, 2024 for the second grand prize, with the draw on December 23, 2024.
One prize will be awarded each week. Each participant has two chances to win depending on their participation in both periods of the game.
Article 4: Prizes to be won
The prizes to be won are as follows:

- 2 golden tickets worth €60 each for the Beautélive brand

- An Archetype Mesauda palette
- A Penta Eurostil hairdryer
- A Metal Detox L'Oréal set
- A Subtil hair and body oil
- A Beautélive semi-permanent nail polish set
- 1 golden ticket worth €60 for the Beautélive brand
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be modified or refunded.
Article 5: Draw and prize distribution
Winners will be selected by drawing lots, which will take place on December 16 for the first prize and December 23 for the second.
Winners will be notified by email and/or private message on Instagram. They must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. After this period, the prize will be awarded to another participant.
Prizes will be sent by post to the address provided by the winners.
Article 6: Personal data
By validating their participation, participants accept that their personal data (name, surname, email, etc.) will be collected and processed by Gouiran Beauté within the framework of the organization of the contest and for sending exclusive offers.

Gouiran Beauté reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the contest in case of force majeure.
Gouiran Beauté declines all responsibility in case of loss or deterioration of the information sent or non-receipt of prizes due to an error in entering contact details by the participant.
Article 8: Acceptance of conditions
Participation in the contest implies full and complete acceptance of these general conditions.
