Sometimes little known to the general public, the vapozone is nevertheless a device with multiple benefits. Any self-respecting beauty professional should have one among their electrical aesthetic equipment!
The vapozone, the king of steam
An electric heating device, the vapozone produces ozonated water vapor thanks to a reservoir filled with distilled and heated water.
The steam projected by the vapozone can be water alone, water with added ozone, but also water with added essential oils, which is then called aromatherapy. This practice is very common in aroma-aesthetics, i.e., when performing a facial detox treatment. In order not to lose all the virtues released by the aromatic essences, it is strongly advised not to use them simultaneously with ozone.
As it heats up, the water contained in the glass boiler will release steam. This steam will be propelled by the ejector located at the head of the facial vapozone.
The role of ozone
Ozone is a disinfectant gas. Used through the vapozone, ozone will soften the dead skin cells where the steam is projected (face, feet, etc.) and thus open the pores. This will allow the steam to penetrate them to deeply cleanse them: impurities, blackheads, oily areas, makeup residue... Nothing escapes ozonated water!
Ozone thus prepares the epidermis to receive the next facial treatment applied (scrub, mask, peel...) in the best possible conditions. In addition, the moisturizing action of the vapozone will soften skin cells and stimulate blood circulation and metabolism to offer skin cell regeneration. With it, the face achieves much more radiant skin!
Using the vapozone
1. Connect the vapozone arm and the spray head to the device.
2. Open the reservoir counter-clockwise and fill it with distilled water. Close the reservoir.
3. For aroma spraying: push the lid of the aroma deposit and pour a few drops of essential oils into the small opening of the cushion so that they do not fall onto it.
4. Turn on the device, which will generally be pre-programmed for 15 minutes (the OZONE lamp and the VAPOR lamp are on).
5. Turn on the steam switch and wait 5 minutes for the steam to start forming thanks to the glass boiler.
6. To not use water alone, turn on the OZONE switch. UV light will be added.
7. During the treatment, the water in the reservoir is continuously vaporized. Once all the water is used, an alarm signal is emitted. The device no longer heats and the timer shows 0.
8. Turn off all functions and unplug the device.
