100% Remy Hair extensions
Remy Hair quality is characterized by the alignment of cuticles in a single direction, similar to that of our own hair. This preserves the hair's natural strength, allowing for the creation of perfect extensions. Remy Hair quality extensions provide a pleasant feel and increased softness when brushing.
Unlike non-Remy Hair extensions, which are treated with chemicals, particularly acids, SEISETA's Remy Hair extensions are hand-selected. This means no acids or chemicals are used that could damage the hair fiber. The hair will therefore be more resistant, healthier, shinier, and silkier.
What types of hair?
Currently, 50% of hair extensions on the global market are of Indian origin, while 40% come from Asia and only 10% from the rest of the world.
Hair extensions are available in different qualities, each with its own characteristics. These qualities include availability in quantity, hair structure, possibilities for treatment and use, and adaptability to the client's natural hair.
- Russian hair : Hair originating from Asian Russia is extremely rare. It is distinguished by its circular hair structure, silky texture, and exceptional shine. This hair is easy to style and maintain daily.
- Asian hair : Asian hair has a very different structure from other hair types. Its internal diameter is larger, making it relatively heavy. This type of hair is difficult to manipulate because it tends to stay put and doesn't bend easily. Consequently, it doesn't blend well with Caucasian hair and doesn't provide volume, making it unsuitable for manufacturing hair extensions.
- Indian hair : Indian hair, on the other hand, is abundantly available on the market and offers excellent quality. Its hair structure is strong, allowing for a wide variety of treatments. These extensions adapt perfectly to the client's natural hair and provide considerable volume.
The different SEISETA extension attachments
At SEISETA, you will find 5 types of application systems to achieve magnificent hair:
- hot application with keratin : keratin hair extensions are distinguished by strands with keratin tips that attach to the client's natural hair. The application is done using a special heating tool that melts the keratin, allowing for perfect integration at the hair base. This method is remarkably resistant to time and stress, making it an ideal choice for active and athletic individuals. These extensions can last more than 6 months, but they cannot be reused after removal.
- application with double-sided adhesive tape : Hair extensions with double-sided adhesive tape involve attaching hair strands to a thin adhesive strip, which is then fixed to the root of the natural hair. The application is simple and quick, taking only 20 minutes for a basic application. These extensions last approximately 3 months and can be reused up to 3 times by simply replacing the adhesive tape.
- application with clips : Clip-in hair extensions are attached to natural hair using clips, without the use of chemicals or adhesives. This is the fastest application system and can be installed and removed in minutes. It is generally used for temporary needs such as special events. Clip-in extensions do not have a specific lifespan, but they can last many years if well maintained.
- application with micro rings : Micro-ring hair extensions consist of attaching extension strands to the client's natural hair using metal rings pressed with special pliers. This method takes a little longer to set up, but it is quite durable, lasting up to 6 months. After removal, the strands can be reused by replacing the rings for a new application.
- sewn-in application (weft hair extensions) : Weft hair extensions involve sewing hair together in a single strip of varying width, which is then attached to the client's hair roots using metal rings, keratin tabs, clips, or invisible thread. This system is durable and reusable.
