Manic Panic
MANIC PANIC brand hair dyes are well-known. Here is the High Voltage range, offering a wide choice of colors to add some vibrancy to your hair.
These are semi-permanent colors well-known in hairdressing, offering extraordinary durability on hair. They are direct dyes, meaning they do not need to be mixed with an oxidizer. For optimal results, the hair should be bleached to a level 9 or 10, which is a very, very light blonde.
Apply these dyes to dry hair after one or two shampoos. Be sure to wear gloves and protect the skin at the hairline and ears. For best results and more evenness, we recommend applying the dye with a brush. The processing time is approximately 30 minutes, covering your hair with a cap for greater effectiveness. Once the processing time has passed, you can rinse your hair, still wearing gloves, until the water runs clear. Do not shampoo immediately afterwards to ensure an intense and luminous color. You can apply a conditioner if you wish.
Be original by adopting the High Voltage range of hair dyes. The colors are intermixable, so you can play with them by creating your own blends. You will achieve unique colors!
If the hair has been pre-lightened, the duration of this color is approximately 6 to 10 weeks.
