Heating your wax
It may seem tedious at first, but you'll quickly get the hang of it.
First, thoroughly clean the area to be epilated. Second, insert the pot into your wax warmer and set the indicator to the maximum temperature. Wait until your wax reaches a fluidity similar to honey. After that, lower the indicator to the minimum temperature.
Now it's time to apply! Be meticulous and careful not to burn the client! Apply a small amount following the direction of hair growth. Place the strip, applying pressure so that it adheres well to the product.
Finally comes the crucial and not-so-pleasant moment. Grab the end of your strip and pull it off with a sharp motion against the direction of hair growth. Remove wax residue with a post-epilation oil.
Red spots may appear on the skin after waxing. Don't panic, this phenomenon is normal. Reassure your client that it will fade quickly.
