The early 20th century saw the golden age of the mustache. This mustache is perfectly trimmed and slightly curved at the ends. It's accessorized with a pocket watch and a bowler hat for a complete 1900s look. Whether for a costume party or everyday wear, this mustache will add a touch of elegance.

After the First World War: The "Poilu" Mustache

At the end of the war and until 1933, French men were required to wear an officer-style mustache during their military service. An extremely full mustache that covered the entire width of the mouth. For a truly authentic disguise, it was worn with a military uniform and a kepi.

1930: Charlie Chaplin's Style

With the rise of cinema, one detail made Charlie Chaplin instantly recognizable: his toothbrush mustache. Extremely thick, it was barely wider than his nose, creating a very unique style. Paired with his bowler hat, they became inseparable for creating the perfect remake of Mr. Chaplin.

1940: The Pencil Mustache

After two decades of very full mustaches, we return to an ultra-thin and stylized Hollywood-style mustache. To wear it flawlessly, pair it with a three-piece suit to stay true to the era's style. Will you dare to sport this era's mustache to assert your style?

The Hippie Period That Transformed the Mustache

Did you think you'd seen it all when it came to mustaches? Think again! The hippie years marked the arrival of a new kind of mustache: the horseshoe. This protruding mustache thickly framed the mouth. What better way to complement it than with round glasses, a floral shirt, and a little hit from the Village People?

1990: The Mustache, But Not Only!

At the dawn of the new millennium, people decided to bid farewell to all beard conventions and embrace new trends. So, the mustache was worn with a goatee, or a very thin mustache with a chin strap. During this era, several schools of thought clashed to offer completely different mustache styles.

2010: The Return of the Dandy Spirit

Who said fashion wasn't a constant cycle? Today, men embrace their hipster side by sporting thick, full beards. But also by styling their facial hair for a dandy effect. It's seen slightly curled at the tips à la Dali for an elegant and refined style.

So, which one will you fall for?
